Summer fun Mini-series! (Post 2 of 5)

So as I mentioned in my previous post, we decided to take a week off and have ourselves a "stay-cation" this year. We thought we'd enjoy our own city and do some things we don't normally have the time to do. And even though we had taken Ben to the Zoo a few times last summer, he's definitely at a better age for it so we were itchin' to do it again! The highlights for Ben were probably the baby elephant, the petting zoo and the monkeys. We all had a blast!

We also invited some family along to share in our day. Grandpa Breckenridge and Great Aunt Janey met us there to spend the day with our little stinker. Here's the eye candy...enjoy!

All ready to go with his sunglasses and his "Go Bucks" hat...and yes, he can say "Go Bucks". ;)

This was right after he had some ice cream...I don't know about you all, but I have the same reaction to ice cream!

Great Aunt Janey and Ben right outside of the building where the baby elephant was. Think he was having a good time???

A great picture of Ma-Ma and Ben at the Zoo!

And here's another great picture of Ben and Grandpa Breckenridge hangin' out!

Remember, this is only the second part of a five part mini-series. See you all soon!
