For those that don't know, Thursday was our Court date to finalize our adoption of Ben. By law, the adoptive couple must have the child placed in their home by the adoption agency for six months prior to finalization. Everything has gone according to plan and on Thursday, the Court made it official. So, it's legal. It's binding. It's forever...
The Magistrate was nice enough to sit in on a picture with us following the Court hearing and let Ben bang the gavel!

Ben is just precious and plan 'stinkin" CUTE!!! Congrats on the finalization....how perfectly blessed you have been. I so enjoyed catching up with your pics, stories and blogs over the past few months. One of my favs is Tigger and Kitty. Priceless. Love to all....Aunt Mary
Thank you Aunt Mary. Believe me we thank are lucky stars everyday that we have been lucky enough to be this little baby boy's parents. We love him more than we can stand sometimes and take in the precious moments.
